Description: Bread and Poha ( flattened Rice flakes) or leftover rice, combined with spices and pan fried, make for a tasty dish. Try this yummy recipe today. also, dont forget to subscribe: youtube.com/user/eateastindian Ingredients/Method 2 cups poha ( can also use leftover rice) 2 slices of bread mashed up chopped onions and peppers Salt, chilli powder and turmeric per taste 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp curry powder 1 tsp kasoori methi ( dried fenugreek leaves) 3-4 stalks of cilantro oil for pan frying Soak poha in water so it softens. Mash bread and then combine the two along with spices. then add water int he mixture to make it wet. Form small cutlets and pan fry until brown from both sides.
